Dec 28th 2012, 00:22

U.S. actor Sylvester Stallone poses with fans as he arrives for the German premiere of his movie ''The Expendables'' in Berlin in this August 6, 2010 file photo. A federal judge has reaffirmed his decision to dismiss a lawsuit accusing Stallone of copying someone else's screenplay to make his popular 2010 movie ''The Expendables.'' U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff in Manhattan on December 27, 2012 rejected claims of copyright infringement damages by Marcus Webb, who contended that the movie's screenplay contained 20 ''striking similarities'' to his own ''The Cordoba Caper.''
